SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule and system for preparation of a beverage or a liquid food product in a centrifugal device for preparation of beverages of a food material contained in the capsule by way of water passing through the material due to centrifugal forces. The capsule is characterised by the presence of a shell with a preset dose of the material; the system has an unlocking device that is opened under the centrifugal force effect to ensure the possibility of the prepared liquid leaving the capsule. Additionally, the system may contain devices for the capsule connection to an external rotation means of the centrifugal device drive for beverage preparation; the connection devices are intended for the capsule retention in the initial angle position by way of resistance to rotating torque during the capsule rotation.
EFFECT: invention ensures more uniform distribution of water flow in the food material volume.
