FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has trial spectacle rim provided with illumination sources for preliminarily studying flicker fusion frequency and sucking electrode for reading electroretinogram data. The sucking electrode has cylindrical casing having optical element coaxially mounted in the inside for focusing light spot, cylindrical adapter coaxially mounted on the casing. Partition is built inside. It has a set of openings for receiving photodiodes. EFFECT: high accuracy in determining pathologic changes in vision fibers exiting from nasal, temporal or macular retina area; high accuracy in delivering luminous stimulus to preselected local retina area. 5 cl, 6 dwg
