FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device contains case, in which placed is pulse-generating device, whose outlets are electrically connected with two light stimulators, made in form of light diodes fixed in headlights of toy car, with one headlight producing constant light, display and power supply unit, which is electrically connected with pulse-generating device. Pulse-generating device contains two pulse generators, made in form of microcontroller, by means of which generation of pulse within the range from 15 to 60 Hz is performed. Microcontroller has two outlets for connection of light stimulators, one outlet for one headlight, the other outlet for the other headlight with regulated difference of generation of pulses between headlights from 2 to 6 Hz. Device also contains buttons for control of pulse generation frequency, light pulse colour, switching-over of headlights and power supply init. Display is made with possibility to show indices of critical frequency of flickers fusion for left and right eye.

EFFECT: application of claimed device allows to reduce time for testing, reduce adaptation effect and increase test accuracy.
