FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and acetylcholine-containing composition. The composition represents container consisting of two chambers. One chamber contains buffered solution and another chamber contains acetylcholine. By mixing content of both chambers the effective buffered acetylcholine-containing product is obtained used for post-surgery ophthalmic injection. Another variant of invention is a method for preparing acetylcholine-containing product with practically constant pH value and without significant decomposition of acetylcholine. Method involves storage of unbuffered acetylcholine separately from buffered solution of diluting agent and their mixing before using. Invention provides the improvement stability or constant pH values of aqueous products containing acetylcholine. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 19 cl, 1 dwg
