SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the growth hormone-containing liquid compositions. Proposed compositions retain stability in storing from above 6 months at the range of temperature 2-8°C. The growth hormone-containing composition involves a simple method for its preparing in phosphate buffer with physiological value 6.15-6.5. Under these conditions crystallization of the growth hormone during its storage at cooling temperature values or above is inhibited or decreased. Mannitol is added to the composition for conferring the isotonic property. Preserving agents are added for reducing the bacterial pollution that allows preparing large amount of standard doses that can be stored at 2-8°C. The advantage of the invention involves decreasing crystallization of the composition proposed.
