GENERAL-PURPOSE BULK PRODUCT SCREEN Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: equipment used in food-processing, light, chemical, construction and other branches of industry for screening and deep cleaning of bulk products from ferromagnetic particles and wastes. SUBSTANCE: screen is made in the form of all-welded vacuum-tight metal construction having successively arranged charging branch pipe, feeding measuring hopper, and cylindrical screw chamber mounted on single shaft with screening chamber, within which cylindrical sieve is immovably fixed. Screening chamber is connected to waste collecting branch pipe and is connected through magnetic separator with discharge branch pipe. Screen is further equipped with system for pneumatic and/or vacuum conveyance of products. Said system has pressure release filter branch pipe arranged in measuring hopper and provided with vacuum stopper. Such construction allows conveyance and screening of flour and bulk products to be executed in single closed space. EFFECT: simplified construction and manufacture, convenient operation and maintenance, enhanced reliability in operation and wider operational capabilities. 4 cl, 1 dwg
