FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for metering out flour in macaronis production. Proposed device contains hermetically sealed charging hopper with branch pipe for delivering loose products, housing butt-joined with hopper with rotation shaft installed along axis of housing, vacuum system and two parallel tightly adjoining horizontal disks. Lower fixed disk provided with hole is rigidly secured in base of charging hopper, and upper disk, in which at least one hole is made, is rigidly connected with rotation shaft, all holes in disks being of equal diameter and equidistant from axis. Shaft is provided with clutch on which cam is mounted for engagement with limit switch to preclude registering of disk holes when device has stopped. L-shaped channel is made in housing one end of which is connected with hole in lower disks and other end is connected with filler branch pipe connected with intake container made hermetically sealed and furnished with level transmitter. Loose product delivery branch pipe communicates with sieving device inside which atmospheric pressure is maintained.
