FIELD: construction materials; production of foam-diatomite bricks. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of foam-diatomite bricks production. The invention is dealt with production of construction materials, in particular with production of foam- diatomite bricks. Technical effect - production of foam-diatomite bricks with the given processing characteristics and geometric characteristics, improvement of moldable articles strength. The method of foam-diatomite bricks production provides for their heating to the maximum temperature, a furnace soaking and step by step cooling. Before heating to the maximum temperature and a furnace soaking the prepared raw foam-diatomite mass is filled in the moulds and exposed to a drying in furnaces for the given time and at the temperature sufficient for bringing the residual humidity of the foam-diatomite raw mass to no more than 20 %, then it is gradually chilling it to the environment temperature, then the stock materials of bricks are exposed to the moulds removal, rejection and stacking on trolleys. Then the stock materials of bricks are heated up in the furnaces to the maximum given temperature during 1/3 parts of cycle time of heat treatment, maintain at this temperature during the following 1/3-d of cycle time of the heat treatment, and then for the rest time of the heat treatment cycle period they exercise the step by step cooling the environment temperature. EFFECT: the invention allows to produce the foam-diatomite bricks with given processing and geometric characteristics and increased strength of moldable articles. 2 cl, 1 dwg
