FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of imidazole of the general formula (I) wherein m = 0; n = 1; r, s and t = 1; p = 0, 1 or 2; V represents hydrogen atom; W and X represent independently hydrogen or oxygen atom; Y represents CHR9 or CO; Z represents CHR9, CO, CO2, SO2, SO3, CONR12, CN(CN), CN(CN)NR13 or Z can be absent; R4 represents hydrogen atom; R5 represents hydrogen, halogen atom, nitro-, cyano-group or U-R23 wherein U represents NR24, SO2, NR26CONR27, NHSO2, CONH or NHCO or U can be absent; R1, R2, R3 represent independently hydrogen atom, lower alkyl optionally substituted with hydroxy-group, phenyl, naphthyl or imidazole; C3-C6-cycloalkyl, alkoxy-, phenoxy-group, pyridyl, phenyl, naphthyl, imidazole; or any among R1, R2, R3 can be bind to form cycloalkyl group; R6, R7, R8, R9, R12, R13, R26, R27 represent independently hydrogen atom, optionally substituted lower alkyl wherein indicated substituent is amino- or phenyl group; or CN; R23 represents hydrogen atom, lower alkyl optionally substituted with hydroxy- or phenoxy-group, phenyl optionally substituted with halogen atom, amino-group or dimethylaminoalkyl, pyridyl, tetrahydropyridyl, pyrimidinyl, thiophenyl or furanyl; R24 represents hydrogen atom; R, S and T are taken among group consisting of CH2, CO and CH(CH2)pQ wherein Q represents NR36R37, OR38 of CN; R36, R37, R38 represent independently hydrogen atom or lower alkyl; A represents nitrogen or carbon atom; B, C and D represent carbon atom under condition that: 1) W and X can mean in common oxygen atom only in the case if Z is absent or represents CHR9; 2) R23 can mean hydrogen atom with exception when U represents SO2;; 3) R8 can mean hydrogen atom with exception when Z represents SO2 or CO2/ ; and derivatives of imidazole of the general formula (II): wherein X, V, W, R1, R2, R4, R5, R6 represent hydrogen atom; A represents sulfur atom; B and C represent CH; m, r, s and t = 0; n = 1; Y represents CH2; Z represents SO2; R3 represents C1-4-alkyl; R7 represents C1-4-alkyl; R8 represents phenyl substituted with halogen atom; and derivatives of imidazole of the general formula (III): wherein A, B, C and D represent carbon atom; Y represents CH2; X, V, W, R3, R6, R7 represent hydrogen atom; r, s, t and m = 0; n = 1; R4, R5 represent independently hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, halogen atom or phenyl; R8 represents naphthyl, cycloalkyl or alkyl substituted with amino- or dialkylamino-group; Z represents CO or CH2; R1, R2 represent independently hydrogen atom or alkyl substituted with phenyl or alkylthio-group; their enantiomers, diastereomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs and solvates that inhibit activity of farnesyl proteintransferase that is an enzyme taking part in expression of oncogene ras.
