FIELD: communication systems. SUBSTANCE: digital radio link brings in essential varying time delay. For passing time-dependent messages through this communication line time-dependent messages are identified and converted into time-independent ones for their transmission over radio link. Time-independent messages point to information contained in time-dependent messages and in time-dependent message synchronization. At receiving end time-independent messages are identified and time-dependent ones are recovered with respective synchronization. EFFECT: provision for communication among standard unmodified terminals through telephone communication line having digital radio link. 23 cl, 8 dwg
