FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with differential diagnostics between endolymphatic and perilymphatic hydrops of internal ear. One should carry out monitoring of auditory thresholds. Dehydrating substance should be introduced to perform monitoring of spontaneous venous retinal pulse at dehydration height and after returning auditory thresholds to initial level. In case if after returning auditory thresholds to initial level the pulse escapes one should diagnose perilymphatic hydrops of internal ear, and at its availability endolymphatic hydrops is stated upon. Simultaneously, one should register otoacoustic emission. At the same time, intelligibility of speech is detected. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 2 cl
