METHOD FOR TREATING PATIENTS WITH EMBRYONIC CELLULAR SUSPENSIONS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating diseases characterized by functional disorders, inflammatory and/or tumor processes, autoimmune aggression, dystrophy and/or sclerotic alterations. The method consists of preparing the main suspension that contains the cells of human embryo taken out of the group consisting of hemopoietic cells of liver, spleen and their mixture, and pharmaceutically acceptable liquid medium and, at least, one additional suspension containing cells taken out of the group consisting of stem cells of hepatic hemopoiesis, stem cells of splenic hemopoiesis, hepatocytes, thymocytes, epitheliocytes of primary alimentary canal, nervous cells of brain and cells mixtures of, at least, two mentioned types and introduction of, at least, one such additional suspension. Both the main and additional suspensions could be introduced either simultaneously or successively. The method enables to obtain pronounced curative effect at therapy of severe inner diseases.
