SUBSTANCE: multilayer plate contains optically transparent substrate, protective layer, currentconducting layer and at least one layer of anisotropic film crystal. Film crystal is formed by substance which includes aromatic rings and shows Bragg reflex along one optical axis. Display panel has optically transparent substrate, protective layer, system of electrodes and one layer of film crystal as minimum.
