FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making surgical access into retroperitoneal space. The recipient urinary bladder is mobilized. Mucous membrane is exposed through muscles in superolateral region of urinary bladder fundus. When having donor kidney revascularization done, urinary paths are recovered by creating ureterocystoanastomosis between donor ureter and recipient urinary bladder. The ureterocystoanastomosis is sealed with Tachocomb plate. The plate is cut out with its size being 2-5 cm as large as donor ureter diameter and having central opening of equal diameter. The ureterocystoanastomosis being formed, plate is placed over mucous membrane of the urinary bladder and donor ureter, with anastomosis line overlap being on both sides. The plate is pressed for 3-4 min. Then, urinary bladder muscles are connected to each other over the plate and fixed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in avoiding tissue necrosis in newly created anastomosis region.
