FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to transplantology. Vascular anastomoses of a donor's kidney with recipient's vessels are created. A muscular layer defect is formed. A tunnel above a bladder mucosa is created. Uretherocystoanastomosis is formed. Before a renal duct is brought through the tunnel, physiologic saline is introduced into its stump to achieve pressure 50-120 mmAq. A distal portion of the renal duct stump is longitudinally incised. Uretherocystoanastomosis is formed. The renal duct mucosa is sutured together with the bladder mucosa by continuous twisted both-side sutures. Sections of the bladder mucosa above uretherocystoanastomosis are sutured together.
EFFECT: method reduces a risk of developing torsion and angulation of the renal duct, enhances leakage of uretherocystoanastomosis and reduces a risk of stenosis.
