SUBSTANCE: electrode coating composition contains rutile concentrate, talc, marbor, ferromanganese, kaolin, cellulose and industrial products of titanium production, for example titanium slag and dust of titanium slag. Rutile concentrate in composition may be totally substituted with products of titanium production.
