FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has separated partition having hole into melting and casting compartment, chamber having flat fixed wall, means for heating half-finished article placed on rotating crucible to allow pouring melted metal into casting form mounted in mold box placed in casting compartment and fixed under the hole tightly pressed to its edge, connecting pipe for letting inert gas in that is mounted in melting compartment and connecting pipe mounted in casting compartment and communicating to vacuum system. The device has rotation mechanism to set the chamber in rotation relative to fixed wall, locking mechanism to provide tight chamber adjacency to the fixed wall, inspection window and connecting pipe mounted in melting compartment and communicating to vacuum system. Heating means, crucible and rotation mechanism are attached to fixed wall. The mold box is spring loaded. EFFECT: improved design with crucible and casting form separated in space. 2 cl, 2 dwg
