FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves melting a piece of material in melting chamber under vacuum rarefaction conditions, pouring the melted metal into heated chamber of the casting form over crucible edge. Vacuum is supported during the whole process with concurrently increasing pressure in the melting chamber above the atmospheric one in gas dynamic shock mode by filling it with gas and bringing the pressure to the atmospheric level at the end of the process. The gas is heated before letting it in. After metal having being poured, its degasification is carried out by creating vacuum conditions in the melting chamber and holding the casting form, enclosing the article, under these conditions.
