FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has upper sheet permeable for liquid, back sheet impermeable for liquid and absorbing body enclosed between them. The device has belt attached to or being attachable to the back and front part of the device in a way that the device becomes a sort of shorts having the belt serving as waist part thereof. To avoid skin injuries or irritation, the belt is manufactured from flexible laminated material composed of bearing material forming external part of the belt and non-woven material forming internal part of the belt and directly touching user body.
