Invention relates to method for preparing biologically active composite material involving apatite being material comprises groups with tendency to decomposition. Material thickening is carried out at high temperatures under pressure in the closed system where before the final thickening temperature and to onset of decomposition of apatite phase pressure above 100 MPa is applied at temperature below 900 C for ceramics-base composite and at temperature 600 C or below for metalbase composites and also material comprising apatite that includes groups with tendency to decomposition.
