FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing osmotic hydrogel and the osmotically effective dissolved substance to obtain a composition expanding by volume in the presence of an aqueous liquid. Then hydroxyalkylcellulose is mixed with water to obtain solution used for granulating. The composition expanding by volume is sprayed with solution for granulating to obtain granules. Medicinal substance, surface-active substance and component taken among the group including mono- and diglyceride are mixed to obtain the composition of medicinal substance. The composition of medicinal substance is added into capsule. The sprayed composition is added as granules into capsule and capsule is covered with semi-permeable composition for preparing membrane that is permeable for an aqueous liquid. Outlet hole is done in membrane for delivery a medicinal substance from medicinal formulation with sustained-release and controlled rate of releasing for the prolonged time. Invention provides enhancing bioavailability of agent. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 11 cl, 15 dwg, 1 tbl
