FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an inertial centrifugal machine for separation of massecuite and it is dealt with the equipment for separation of heterogeneous systems using centrifugal forces and may be used in the sugar industry. Offered inertial centrifugal machine for separation of massecuite contains: a housing with collectors of the liquor and sugar crystals, a filtrating cone-shaped rotor mounted in it and a feed pipe located fixed. The housing of the centrifugal machine has hermetically sealed lid supplied with an injector for a steam supply. A device for heating air mounted under the lid has a located above the rotor fixed disk with a heat exchange jacket with mounted on it bent ribs for creation of the heated air directional traffic to the feed pipe. In the feed pipe there is a row holes for an air supply into massecuite and its heating. The device for heating air may additionally contain a tubular heating member fixed to the kid of the housing. Usage of the centrifugal machine increases production of the crystalline sugar by 0.2 0.3 %, reduces its share in the liquor, that also allows to reduce unaccounted losses of sugar caused by its breakdown at the further processing of the liquor in the crystallization section. EFFECT: increases production of the crystalline sugar, reduced its share in the liquor and unaccounted losses during its breakdown in process of liquor in the crystallization section. 2 cl, 2 dwg
