FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has two radiometric channels, each having an antenna and radiometric receiver with polarization switches between them, careen angle and placement angle sensors. Measuring channels operate on aliquant frequencies. All device components are placed in one housing. Conical horn antenna, polarization switch and radiometric receiver have rigid constructional connection in each channel. One of channels together with sensors of careen angle and placement angle is rigidly fixed to base frame of device. Second channel is mounted by means of selection of slanting angle in such a way, that centers of projections of diagrams of both antennae directions coincided in measurement area of layer thickness during device placement on certain height with orientation relative to horizon at certain placement angle respectively to given handling algorithm in case of device careen of 0 degrees relative to horizon. EFFECT: operative oil pouring parameters determination with increased measurement range. 1 dwg
