FIELD: medicine, in particular, stomatology, applicable for fixation of fully and partially removable prosthesises on jambones. SUBSTANCE: the device has intraosseous implants and fixing components made in the form of cylindrical metal caps fastened in the base of the removable prosthesis. The prosthesis is fixed on the implants through elastic plastic sleeves preliminarily installed in the caps, with a clearance between the cap bottom and the implant end face. EFFECT: provided reliable fixation on the jambones, simplified attachment system, normalized chewing function and prolonged service life of the prosthesis and implants. 2 dwg
