FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly dentistry, and is intended for use in edentulous jaw prosthetics. In upper and/or lower edentulous jaw six implants are implanted in frontal, lateral and far lateral positions. Dental prosthesis is made from zirconium dioxide, consisting of three bridges, and three bridges are installed in the patient’s oral cavity. First bridge is placed on the frontal positions of the implants, and the second and third bridges are placed on the lateral and far lateral positions of the implants. Frontal positions of the implants correspond to the first teeth, the lateral positions of the implants correspond to the third teeth, and the far lateral positions of the implants correspond to the sixth teeth. Then prostheses are fixed on implants. Prostheses are screwed or cemented on the implants. In case of screw fixation of prostheses, shafts are closed with light-cured composite material. In case of cement fixation of prostheses, individual abutments are made from zirconium dioxide. Then the abutments are inserted into the oral cavity and the prostheses are cemented thereto to fix the permanent prosthesis. Final stage involves correction, grinding and polishing of the installed permanent dental prosthesis on the upper and/or lower jaw of zirconium dioxide. In alternative versions of the disclosed invention, the frontal positions of the implants correspond to the second teeth, the lateral positions of the implants correspond to the fourth teeth, and the far lateral positions of the implants correspond to the seventh teeth.
EFFECT: by using the prosthesis consisting of three separate bridges, the method allows extending the service life of the prosthesis, evenly distributing the chewing load and reducing the risk of damage.
