FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording portion of power reflected from biological tissue, calculating reflection coefficient and calculating absorbed dose magnitude using reflection coefficient and incident dose magnitude. Power portion lost on local heating of epidermis is checked and recorded by measuring maximum epidermis heating temperatures by means of temperature gages at two points outside of light spot in contact way. Laser radiation absorption coefficient of internal tissues is calculated taking into consideration biological tissue reflection coefficient value and heat absorption coefficient of epidermis to determine internal tissue absorption dose. EFFECT: high accuracy of absorbed dose control. 1 tbl
