FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in laser-induced photodynamic therapy of dysplasia and cervical cancer. Method comprises intravenous introduction of photosensitizer based on chlorine e6 in concentration of 1 mg/kg, then the affected area is exposed to laser radiation with wavelength of 660 nm, spot diameter of 10–15 mm, power density of 0.15 W/cm2, energy density of 200–250 J/cm2. Irradiation is carried out until photosensitiser is more than 70 % colorless throughout the depth of the lesion.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy of cervical tumor tissues, minimizing side effects and prevent recurrences of the disease by providing a therapeutic effect throughout the depth of the lesion without superficial thermal damages.
