FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for precise dosing of UV-radiation, in particular, when using atotransfusion of radiated blood by UV-radiation as well as for other medical and scientific-research purposes. Device has voltage-to-frequency converter, radiation dosage presetting unit, electron meter starting switch, and commutation switch control unit. The latter is connected with control input of commutation switch control unit. Device also has UV-radiation gas-discharge lamp with inductance ballast and diode bridge, UV-radiation photodetector connected with input of voltage-to-frequency converter, which converter has digital input connected with radiation dosage preset unit and its digital output connected with group of analyzed inputs of commutation switch control unit. Output of commutation switch control unit is connected with input of commutation electron switch, which switch is connected with output diagonal of bridge through protection unit. Bridge shunt gas-discharge lamp.
