FIELD: building industry, particularly building of vertical cylindrical tanks. SUBSTANCE: metal tank includes roofing, vertical wall, skirts, annular corrugation, flat bottom and pile foundation with annular grill. Tank bottom and piled are hollow and movable. Working chambers into bottom and piles are filled with non-compressible liquid. Working chambers are connected to each other through flexible non-compressible pipelines having shutoff valves which provide liquid flow in one direction, namely from bottom chamber into pile chambers. EFFECT: increased operational reliability, decreased bending moment, angle effect and additional tensions in vertical tank wall during exploitation thereof on soft grounds. 2 dwg
