FIELD: agricultural machinery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural equipment and can be used to form substrate blocks from mushroom substrate. Device for filling bags with mushroom substrate includes housing, frame, loading chamber, hydraulic cylinder with piston, oil station, pressing chamber, spinneret, table for bag filled with substrate. Spinneret is additionally equipped with a shutter gate and a pressure sensor. Spinneret has slots and guides for the shutter movement. Shutter is made in the form of a shaped plate with stiffening ribs and thrust seals along the edges; at that, the edge of the plate, which is opposite to the edge entering the spinneret, is connected to the drive mechanism controlled by the pressure sensor.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a uniform density of the substrate block and the possibility of controlling the density of the substrate blocks.
