FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has springy branches having working lips and means for bringing the working lips together arranged between the branches as deformable flexible insert. The branches cross each other and are connected to each other with screw-like or flat spring. The working lips have removable end fixing member as a ring or clamp of specific structure. Maximum transverse size of the flexible insert before being deformed to at least 0.1 mm is greater than maximum transverse size of space between separated branches. Transverse dimensions of flexible insert area in the plane of branch movement between its maximum transverse size before being deformed and working lips end are not equal to corresponding dimensions of space between separated branches and grow towards the working lips. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; stable operation properties; simplified design. 3 cl, 4 dwg
