SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery and can be used in cholecystectomy, appendectomy, stomach resection, hemicolectomy, fundoplication. Method of creating hemostasis with possibility of recovering blood flow in tubular elastic structures of organism is realised by means of a clip. Clip is delivered to the place of its application by means of manipulator holder. Manipulator mechanically holds clip by ear in mechanical contact with working surfaces of, at least, one Peltier element, which is placed in distal ends of manipulator-holder branches. Deformation of tubular elastic structure of organism is carried out under impact of pressure from moving towards each other working surfaces of clip branches. Branches are preliminarily brought apart at temperature lower than temperature of beginning of martensitic transformation in material of clip ear.

EFFECT: creation of reliable artificial hemostasis in hollow tubular organs with preservation of intactness of their internal structures without excessive formation of thrombi and possibility of further recovery of blood flow in hollow tubular organs subjected to artificial hemostasis.
