FIELD: alloy metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention provides multi-purpose titanium-based alloy suitable for manufacturing high-strength and high-feasible articles, including large-size articles, which alloy contains following components, wt %: aluminum 2.2-3.8, vanadium 4.5-5.8, molybdenum 4.5-5.9, chromium 2.0-3.6, zirconium 0.1-0.4, iron 0.01-0.18, carbon 0.001-025, oxygen 0.03-0.25, and titanium as basic component. EFFECT: increased heat resistance so enabling manufacture of large-size parts showing high level of strength and plastic properties for operation at elevated temperatures. 2 tbl
