FIELD: optics, observation aids. SUBSTANCE: combined observation device incorporates night channel comprising lens of night channel, electron-optical converter, inversion system and eye-piece and day channel containing lens of day channel, two deflectors and inversion system and eye-piece common with night channel. Focal power of second component of lens of day channel exceeds focal power of first component by factor of 1.3-3.0. One deflector can be placed between components of lens of day channel and second deflector can be mounted in front of inversion system for reciprocating motion. Components of inversion system can be mounted for reciprocating motion. EFFECT: design of device with simple optical circuit characterized by minimal loss in light transmission and minimal mass and size characteristics. 5 cl, 2 dwg
