Core is made of amorphous soft-magnetic alloy, capacity is formed by surface of core, a layer of dielectric applied onto core surface and surface of layer of conducting material applied onto layer of dielectric, inductance is formed of layer of conducting material, element for controlling frequency is made of hard-magnetic material and is mounted with possible electromagnetic interaction with a core of amorphous soft-magnetic material.
