FIELD: electrical engineering; sensitive elements for operation of guard signaling devices.
SUBSTANCE: marker is made on base of amorphous alloy. Layer being able of deactivation is made of amorphous layer tape on base of cobalt; width of layer is 0,4-1,5 mm and its thickness equals to 10-50 mcm. Deactivation layer is made of iron-nickel alloy to have coercive force of 1600-400 A/m; layer has thickness of 30-100 mcm and width of 0,7-3,0 mm. Self-gluing film is used as label of marker; film is made of polypropylene and has thickness of 30-70 mcm. Method of production of marker provides lamination, perforation, gluing of amorphous and iron-nickel tapes together, cutting of ready marker by means of rotating cylindrical shafts.
EFFECT: reliability; high degree of detection; reduced cost.
