FIELD: amateur and sports fishing. SUBSTANCE: proposed reel has two positions: one for casting a lure and the other for winding-on fishing line. Reel consists or reel holder handle, body, stand, catch, bushing, two cones, stop, cap, bolt, and spring washer. Angle of working side of reel for slipping off fishing line is 120o (found experimentally and being the optimum angle for fishing line slipping off).
