SUBSTANCE: coil comprises body, drum for fishing line winding, handle with axis, drum roller. Axis of drum rotation in process of fishing line winding is taken out of the drum diametre. Axis of rotation provides for eccentricity of own axis to axis of drum rotation.
EFFECT: design makes it possible to expand functional capabilities of device.
