FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should perform surgical access for fracture area. Osteotomy of replaced column is carried out along articular surface at the distance of 1.0-1.5 cm against the edge by developing an osseous-cartilaginous fragment. Caput femoris should be reset. Then one should replace osseous-cartilaginous fragment in desired direction to develop a support of reset caput femoris. One should fill the developed osseous-cartilaginous defect with a transplant, for example, out of iliac wing. Replaced fragment and transplant should be fixed with implanted constructions. The method suggested enables to decrease traumaticity of operation, prevent possible subluxation due to developing reliable femoral support. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 dwg
