Pharmaceutical composition consists of core and envelope wherein the core has the following components, g: fusidine-sodium, 0.125-0.250; binding agent (polyvinylpyrrolidone or povidon, or collidon VA-64), 0.015-0.06; calcium stearate, 0.002-0.004; lactose, the balance. Envelope consists of acetylphthalylcellulose, azorubin, titanium dioxide, vaseline oil and Tween-80. The preparation is stable in storage, releases active substance in digestive tract rapidly that provides absence of its irritating effect on stomach mucosa.
