SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition that can be used for treatment of patients with acute and chronic coronary failure, stable and unstable stenocardia, supraventricular tachycardia and extrasystole, arterial hypertension and hypertension crisis. Composition is made as solid medicinal form covered by envelope, for example, tablet. Core has, wt.-%: verapamil, 40.9-59.1; starch, 34-35; lactose, 13.5-24; talc, 0.1-3; calcium stearate, 0.1-1. Envelope consists of methylcellulose derivative, Tween-80, titanium dioxide, dye and, optionally, polishing substances. Composition is stable at storage, releases verapamil rapidly and can be prepared by simple and technological method.
