FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatovenerology, oncology and can be used for detecting and differential diagnostics of malignant skin tumors. Method ensures reduction of duration of basal cell skin cancer diagnostics, aiming at optimisation of further therapeutic tactics. Fluorochrome acridine orange in concentration 1:5000 is applied on affected area in patient with suspicion of basal cell skin cancer with further examination of the node by means of contact objectives LK 25*0.75 in mode of fluorescence in the range 480-700 nm by LUMAM-IZ biomicroscope. Tumor complexes of basal cell skin cancer are determined by sites of accumulation of intensively fluorescing cells at the background of green luminescence of intercellular substance and collagen fibers and basal cell skin cancer is diagnosed.
EFFECT: application of claimed method allows: 1) to eliminate probability of making false positive and false negative conclusions; 2) to carry out examination with minimal trauma for patient; 3) to detect complexes of tumor cells characteristic of basal cell skin cancer in one's lifetime; 4) to reduce terms of carrying out diagnostic examination.
