SUBSTANCE: vehicle carries central control unit, security-antitheft subsystem, User's telephone numbers and codes storage unit, loudspeaker communication control unit with extension control and programming set, voice orders storage unit, call melodies and service sound signal storage unit, oral message storage unit, microphone, loudspeaker and radio tape recorder muting or switching off unit. Moreover, vehicle coordinates measurement unit made for receiving and processing of signals from global satellite navigation system of GMS or GLONASS standard, vehicle-mounted controller, coordinates conversion unit and reference information storage unit are also provided. Bluetooth units included into loudspeaker control unit and central control unit are made for data radio exchange with Bluettooth unit built into vehicle carried mobile telephone connected with User's mobile telephone set by cellular mobile communication network. User's mobile telephones contain transmit-receive communication module, telephone controller, control unit, display and data input-output unit providing data exchange between controller and hardware-software system furnished with geographic information system.
