FIELD: oil producing industry+ADs- lifting of oil from low-production rate wells. SUBSTANCE: proposed drive contains reduction gear connected with electric motor and crank with counterweights mounted on reduction gear output shaft. Induction birotatory motor with friction variable-speed drive to control rotational speed is used as electric motor of drive. Output shaft of reduction gear is provided with eccentric mechanism connected by leverage with variable speed drive of birotatory electric motor. EFFECT: increased efficiency of drive, reduced irregularities of load on electric motor. 2 dwg
