Abstract RU 2229660 C2

FIELD: water heating+ADs- heating and hot water supply for domestic needs. SUBSTANCE: boiler has casing with combustion chamber forming together annular jacket provided with water inlet and outlet pipes, as well as furnace made in the form of stack of conical rings joined together by means of rods and arranged in tiers in a spaced relation to each other with annular clearance provided between them and combustion chamber+ADs- rings have their sides of smaller diameter facing furnace gas flow and their cone angle exceeds angle of fuel natural slope. Combustion chamber is assembled of three parts including upper cylindrical part, intermediate one equal to two thirds of combustion chamber height in the form of truncated cone joined at larger-diameter side with third part made in the form of conical ring supported at its smaller base by boiler bottom. Fins are welded in radiating manner between truncated cone and casing in a spaced relation to bottom and casing on part of truncated cone to form vertical channels with V-shaped plates mounted in-between in a spaced relation with their vertices facing truncated cone. Pipe plugged at ends is installed in center of truncated cone and its space communicates on top and at bottom with water space of boiler. In addition boiler is provided with two water jackets of which lower one encloses cylindrical casing of boiler and upper jacket is placed around cylindrical part of combustion chamber+ADs- )-shaped tubes are installed over circumference on inner side of truncated cone+ADs- their ends are welded in cone walls and communicate with water space of boiler+ADs- tubular ring placed at base of conical ring communicates with risers abutting against inner surface of truncated cone and passed through combustion chamber with their open ends running to furnace+ADs- tubular ring is provided with air feed pipes brought out beyond boiler casing.
