FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boiler equipment. Hot-water boiler of rectangular cross-section includes foundation, on which furnace and adjoining convective unit are mounted, space of furnace from below is limited by inclined pushing furnace grate and equipped with furnace screens, made in form of pipe panels, hydraulically connected to corresponding two upper and two lower longitudinal collectors of boiler, convective unit is equipped with heat exchange surfaces comprising transversely streamlined tube bundles hydraulically connected to boiler longitudinal manifolds, housing of furnace and convective unit are resting on a single support foundation frame and attached to it, for which upper and lower longitudinal manifolds of boiler are made as common elements of furnace and convection unit. Above the inclined pushing grid, above the section adjoining the front screen, horizontal incendiary arch of heat-resistant, heat-accumulating material is mounted. Longitudinal parallel upper and lower water header of boiler, made in form of integral pipes with length equal to total length of furnace and convection unit, with possibility of their use as bearing beams. Convective unit includes radiant-convective and convective units containing convective gas ducts, respectively, one and three, equipped with heat exchange surfaces, containing crosswise stream bundles of chess layout. Radiating-convective unit is formed by first and second gas-tight fin tubular panels, first of which makes a rear edge of furnace, and second forms the first wall of gap between radiant-convective and convective units. Convective unit contains three convective gas ducts formed by the second gas-tight wall of the gap, two intermediate gas-tight fin tubular panels and an end finned tubular panel contacting with the end wall of the boiler. In the gap between the radiant-convective and convective blocks above the ash collector there is an air heater with a transverse one-pass flow of flue gases, which contains inlet and outlet air collectors, which are parallel to the upper water collectors of the boiler. Air heater upper zone is made in the form of three horizontal distribution manifolds, which ends are interconnected with inlet and outlet air collectors and which are separated by crosspieces on sections isolated from each other, wherein air heater bottom section comprises three horizontal lower bypass manifolds made up of pipes plugged at pipe ends and separated into isolated sections by crosspieces whose position does not match that of upper web distributors. Each distributing header is interconnected with its corresponding bypass collector of air heater by vertical pipe register. Inlet manifold communicates with ambient air source, and air heater output manifold by means of supply air duct of heated air is interconnected with volume of under-furnace space between front screen and vertical baffle, which isolates it from the rest of under-furnace space.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing heat output of a furnace and intensifying heat exchange in a convection block.
