FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boiler equipment. Boiler of water-heating of rectangular cross-section includes foundation, on which furnace and adjoining to it convective unit are mounted. Space of the furnace is limited from below by an inclined pushing furnace grate and equipped with furnace screens made in the form of pipe panels hydraulically connected to the corresponding two upper and two lower longitudinal collectors of the boiler. Convective unit is equipped with heat exchange surfaces containing transversely streamlined tube bundles hydraulically connected to the boiler longitudinal manifolds. Housings of the furnace and convective unit are resting on a single support foundation frame and attached to it, for which the upper and lower longitudinal collectors of the boiler are made as common elements of the furnace and convection unit. Above the inclined pushing grid, above the section adjoining the front screen, horizontal incendiary arch of heat-resistant, heat-accumulating material is mounted. Longitudinal parallel upper and lower water header of the boiler are made in the form of integral pipes with length equal to total length of furnace and convection unit, with possibility of their use as bearing beams. Convective unit includes radiant-convective and convective units installed with a gap from each other, in which over the collecting pan there is an air heater with transverse one-pass flow of flue gases, which contains input and output air collectors, which are parallel to the upper water collectors of the boiler. Upper zone of the air heater is made in the form of three horizontal distributing headers, the ends of which are interconnected with inlet and outlet air collectors, and which are separated by crosspieces on sections isolated from each other. Air heater lower zone comprises three horizontal lower bypass manifolds made in the form of pipes plugged at ends, separated into isolated sections by crosspieces, the position of which does not coincide with position of jumpers in distributing collectors of upper zone. Each distributing header is interconnected with its corresponding bypass collector of air heater by vertical pipe register. Inlet manifold is communicated with an external air source, and the output collector of the air heater is communicated with the volume of the under-furnace space between the front screen and the vertical partition wall, which isolates it from the rest of the under-furnace space, by means of the supply air duct of the heated air.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing heat output of the furnace.
