FIELD: rocketry, in particular, systems for homing of flight vehicles on ground objects. SUBSTANCE: the speed of the flight vehicle, range to the ground object, angle between the direction of flight vehicle velocity vector and the direction to the ground object, as well as the lateral acceleration of the flight vehicle in the horizontal plane are measured. The control signal in the horizontal plane is generated at realization of proportional guidance on a victual ground object moving in the horizontal plane. The initial position and the motion parameters of the object are prescribed proceeding from the conditions of provision of the required curvilinear guidance of the flight vehicle on a real ground object with the aid of on-board radar aids, using the synthesizing of the antenna aperture or the Doppler narrowing of the beam of the antenna directivity pattern. EFFECT: enhanced precision of formation of the flight vehicle curvilinear guidance on a ground object, stabilization of the required linear azimuth resolution in the horizontal plane, as well as enhanced accuracy and economical efficiency of guidance. 8 dwg
