FIELD: military technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for homing aircrafts (AC) to air targets (AT) using onboard radar systems (ORS) and can be used to guide aircraft and missiles at a separate AT as part of a dense group of targets. The claimed method consists in the fact that when a dense group of targets is detected in a group target detector of an aircraft in its on-board radar system (ORS), they measure and receive optimal estimates of the range from the aircraft to the center of the group, the speed of approach of the aircraft to it and the angular velocity of the line of sight of the center of the group with the aircraft, after which, on the basis of the formed estimates, the lateral acceleration control signal is calculated, while the control law eliminates inconsistencies not only in the angular velocity of the line of sight of the air target, but also in the side bearing of the air target.
EFFECT: implementation of the trajectory control of the aircraft, which solves the problem of resolving a separate AT in a dense group and, at the same time, the problem of intercepting it.
