FIELD: dosed injection of liquids into liquid medium or gaseous atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: liquid self-flowing metering pump includes vessel for liquid metered out into medium provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes. Outlet branch pipe comes in the form of cylindrical calibrated packing and outlet end of inlet branch pipe is linked by film hose to zone of accumulation of medium coming into vessel. Pump is fitted with device converting thermal expansion of working medium to reciprocating motion of actuating element and with calibrated bar which one end is joined to actuating element and which other end enters packing. Device converting thermal expansion to reciprocating motion of working medium comes in the form of container filled with working fluid and communicates with hydraulic cylinder where piston connected to bar calibrated by diameter is placed. Nonfreezing liquid which coefficient of volumetric expansion depends insignificantly on temperature, for instance, transformer oil, is utilized in the capacity of nonfreezing working fluid. Barrel is mounted on outlet end of outlet branch pipe for vertical movement. EFFECT: provision for constant supply of metered out liquid independent of seasonal or other variations of temperature. 3 cl, 1 dwg
